Fiona Wilson

Dr. Fiona Wilson is an impact-orientated leader experienced in building teams, programs, and organizations across the public, private and non-profit sectors. She is deeply committed to strategic innovation and cross-sector collaboration to drive a resilient and sustainable future. Until recently Fiona served as Chief Sustainability Officer for the University of New Hampshire and Executive Director of UNH's Sustainability Institute. She was previously Co-Founder and Executive Director of UNH’s Changemaker Collaborative and a faculty member at both the Paul College of Business & Economics and the Simmons College School of Management, focused on how innovative and responsible business approaches can help tackle the world’s sustainability challenges. Earlier, Fiona spent 15 years in the business world, including as VP of Marketing for CMGI, a publicly traded internet investment and operating company, and in various roles at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in London and Barcelona. Fiona is Co-Chair of the board of Revision Energy, an employee-owned Certified B Corp, and the largest solar company in New England, as well as Vice President of the Board of the non-profit Friends of Casco Bay, a member of the steering committee of Maine B Corps, and member of the American Rivers Northeast Council.

She earned her Doctorate from the Boston University School of Management in Strategy & Policy, with a dissertation entitled Socially Conscious Capitalism, and an MBA from the Simmons College School of Management.
