Sam Pease

Sam has been with the companies of Ahold Delhaize USA for 12 years, most recently as the Health & Sustainability Lead supporting Hannaford Supermarkets where she oversees the planning and execution of the company’s Health and Sustainability strategy. Her passion lies in inspiring coworkers and business partners to reduce food waste and cultivate thriving communities by donating surplus, unsalable yet still safe and edible food to local food banks.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys gardening – specifically “re-wilding” - by planting native species that improve soil health and restore biodiversity, creating a thriving habitat for pollinators and building climate resilience around her home in Southern Maine.
