Tripp Harrison

Tripp Harrison is a mission-driven executive who leads Goodwill Northern New England with a focus on sustainability, workforce development, and community impact. As President and CEO, he advances a model rooted in the Triple Bottom Line—People, Planet, and Prosperity—demonstrating how environmental stewardship and economic mobility can work hand in hand. Under his leadership, GNNE diverts over 60 million pounds of donated goods from landfills each year through a circular economy model of reuse, recycling, and reinvestment. The organization also continues to expand environmentally responsible practices, including reduced emissions, solar energy adoption, and waste reduction initiatives.

Tripp earned his undergraduate degree at Johnson & Wales University and an MBA from Kansas State University. His career spans leadership roles in hospitality and nonprofit sectors, including prior CEO roles within Goodwill.

Now based in Gorham, Maine, he is committed to building resilient communities and advancing sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
